IT Support Solution and Network/Server Setup – 22-Feb-2017
We were approached by Pasifika Consulting Limited needing IT Technical supports. They have got 6 branches/offices across Auckland. We were in competition with 3 other IT provider, and our quote/proposal was approved. Our initial plan for this customer will be to setup a proper network to link all their sites together on a shared network. Then work thru tasks, and issues plus on-going I.T support.
Installation of Network Systems in Alcamo Hotel – Hamilton 2-Feb-2017
This hotel has got 4 buildings, and their central internet connection was not strong enough after few companies installed Wireless Access Points etc. However, we proposed to either install Fiber (in few months time they would have gotten fiber connections) or install Air Bridges from Central Office to the next Building. As this customer needed urgent internet solution, we ordered two Ubiquiti AirFiber 5GHz Upper Frequency Gigabit Wireless Bridge from the US and our technicians installed them. We then configured their network to have a high speed internet connection across their all rooms including conference rooms.

Auckland Company IT System Migration from OriginIT to ANZ Tech Cloud System – Auckland CBD Aug-2016
We were introduced by a company who needed an immediate IT Support Solutions. We migrated them from their existing IT provider (few blocks away), to our Cloud Platform. It is now almost 5 months, and this customer is very happy with our service and support. Currently they have purchased another company in Hawks Bay, and we are in the process of linking their Auckland head office to their newly purchased factory in Hawks’s bay.
